how much blitzer will i need to treat a family of four, 2 (1 adult, 1 child) with short thick hair and 2 (i adult, 1 child) with fine medium length hair?

A 250ml bottle of 100% Natural Headlice Blitzer will be plenty for a family of 4 (as you have described) for at least 2 treatments sessions. 1st apply 10-20ml to the scalp, massaging around the ears and back of neck and leave on for minimum 20 minutes.
Follow the directions. Then again 7 days later repeat the procedure again with 10-20ml lotion and massage thoroughly through the hair.
It is not necessary to drown the nits. 10-20ml of lotion per head is plenty. What is important is to massage the scalp well. The Macademia Nut Oil base helps to cover the whole scalp and hair. The Macademia Nut Oil also nourishes the hair and makes it easier to comb out any eggs.
